We've recently updated the way we package our online orders. Jewellery purchased online will now be delivered with fabric pouches instead of traditional jewellery gifting boxes.
If you require gift wrapping for your purchase, please add this option to your cart and ensure you select the amount of items that require wrapping. It's super important that you provide detailed instructions in the order notes to communicate certain requests.
Gift wrapping includes your item coming in a jewellery pouch enclosed in tissue paper and sealed with a gold sticker. This comes inside of our premium Alana Maria branded mailer box which gets wrapped with tissue paper and finished with ribbon. You can always add-on one of our beautiful cards.

Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after purchase of goods. We offer Store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
Only regular-priced items may be returned, please note sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
For all returns and exchanges, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to hygienic regulations we do not refund or exchange any Alana Maria Jewellery Earrings.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Alana Maria Jewellery is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
