EXTENDED RETURNS
For purchases made between November 14th and December 24th, returns are accepted until January 23rd, provided the items are eligible. Please note that we offer store credits and exchanges for the value of your purchase but do not offer refunds.
For purchases made from December 24th onward, the standard 30-day return policy applies.

Processing Time
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience during the month of December. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of your order placement to receive your shipping notification. Our dedicated team of skilled jewellers and dispatch personnel is working diligently to meet the heightened demand. To ensure your order is received as quickly as possible, ensure to opt for Express Shipping.
Order Cut-off
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we do need to allow for extra processing time during busy periods. This is why we are recommending you place your Christmas online orders by the 15th of December at 11.59 pm and opt for express shipping. We cannot guarantee online orders or click + collects placed after the 9th of December at 11.59 pm will be processed in time for Christmas delivery.
