What is the process of the bespoke service?

Email us at bespoke@alanamariajewellery.com , with a rough indication of budget, dates and any design inspiration. Perhaps you have a photo or a vision in mind that you can share with us. From here we can either book in a consultation or request further information over email that will allow us to generate a quote. Next, we will work with you to confirm a design. We then require a deposit to commence the design and crafting process. Once a deposit has been secured we will produce a technical drawing (CAD). Where you will be provided the opportunity to make changes until you are 100% satisfied with the design. . Once the design has been approved the crafting process will commence. Once production is complete, the remaining payment is due.

When shopping for engagement rings, we have two options. You can shop our made-to-order collection which are pre-designed rings with a selection of customisations. You can choose the colour metal (yellow gold or white gold), the size of the stone and the size of the rings. Once the order has been placed, our goldsmith jewellers commence work with the production process taking about 4 weeks. Please note this timeframe excludes shipping.

Both our made-to-order and bespoke rings are handmade in Sydney.

Our jewellers are skilled in working with yellow gold, white gold, rose gold and platinum metals with the ability to source and set stones of all colours, cuts, clarity and carats.

Our made-to-order collection features lab-grown diamonds; If you prefer a natural diamond our team can source this for you.

Our made-to-order collection has a 4-week production period (not including shipping).

For bespoke designs, time-frames vary from piece to piece, factoring in time for the consultation, designing, rendering, sourcing and production. If you’re unsure of timings, please contact us via bespoke@alanamariajewellery.com.
