The Gold Club is a tiered loyalty program designed to reward customers based on their annual spending across our online and retail stores. As customers progress through the program’s levels, they gain access to increasingly exclusive offers and benefits.

The loyalty program is structured into four distinct tiers - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond (Invite only). As customers continue to make repeat purchases, their annual spend will increase, allowing them to advance through the tiers. Each tier offers a unique set of exclusive benefits and rewards, with higher tiers providing access to even more premium offers as spending levels increase.

Stay up to date on your tier status by logging into your account and viewing your loyalty dashboard.

The RRP of any returned or cancelled items will be subtracted from your annual spend. If the returned or cancelled items are exchanged for a gift voucher, the corresponding amount will not be counted toward your spend until the voucher is redeemed.

Your tier status is reviewed and refreshed 12 months from the date of your account being created. Within this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to make purchases to remain in the tier for another year, or even move up a tier.

If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you moved to the next tier.

If you do not accrue the minimum spend for your tier within 12 months, your status will downgrade to the below tier.

You can track your expiry date on your account dashboard and you will be notified 30 days before your points are due to expire.

When your tier upgrades, this means the customer has made enough repeat purchases in the last 12 months to qualify for the next tier.

If a customer has been downgraded to a lower tier, it indicates that the required spending threshold was not met by the tier’s expiry date. The customer's tier status for the upcoming 12 months is determined by their annual spend. Failure to reach the designated spending amount will result in a downgrade.
