Alana Maria Jewellery is looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join our team of staff for our Freshwater store, located in the Northern Beaches.
The Casual Sales Assistant is the face of Alana Maria Jewellery in driving exceptional customer service in store while upholding brand values. This role is perfect for the confident, positive and inspiring individual who upholds a passion for customer happiness.
Requirements and Experience:
Experience in retail required, Minimum of one year preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Problem-solving and initiative skills
Thorough understanding of the brand and values at Alana Maria
An overall outstanding teammate who has the ability to cope under pressure at times
Striving to achieve company KPI’s
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintain immaculate presentation of shop at all times
Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, leading by example in communication and customer engagement
Provide exceptional product knowledge
Work Eligibility
Can work permanently in Australia
Must have full availability to work throughout mid May 2025 – mid August 2025 including extended trade, weekends, and Public Holidays.
Must be available to commence training in May 2025.
