- Cut a piece of string to the length you prefer from the measurements listed on the product page.
- Gently wrap the string around your wrist. Ensure it fits comfortably - neither too tight nor too loose.
- Check the Fit: The string should fit snugly but comfortably around your wrist.

Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after the purchase of goods. For online orders, the 30-day period starts from the date of when the parcel was delivered to you. In-store, we can offer exchanges and store credits for eligible products. Online we can offer an exchange of size of the same product and store credits for eligible products. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
Earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

All orders can either be returned either in-store or online.
