When you place your made-to-order ring, our gold-smith jewellers start the process by sourcing your stones, shaping and setting the design, transforming it into the ring of your dreams.
Due to the unique nature of our custom-made Bespoke range, we do not offer returns unless faulty. As each individual piece of Bespoke by Alana Maria is made to order, we encourage you to be as thorough with your selection and decision as possible.
International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Alana Maria Jewellery is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
