Lab-grown diamond quality and dimensions will be confirmed upon stone sourcing, but are expected to range between D-F Colour, VS2-VVS1 Clarity, with Excellent Cut, Polish, and Symmetry, and IGI certification for diamonds 1 carat or greater.

Bespoke Production and Shipping
All bespoke, engagement, and made-to-order pieces are handcrafted with care and precision. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation for your piece to be completed.
Once your order is confirmed, production begins.
Please note: This timeframe refers to crafting only and does not include dispatch or delivery.
Estimated dispatch timeframes:
• Shipping: We offer complimentary express shipping on all pieces from this category. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post once production is complete.
• Boutique collection: Ready for pickup within 2 business days once your piece is complete.

Returns & Order Policy
Due to the unique and custom-made nature of our Bespoke by Alana Maria pieces, we do not accept returns unless an item is deemed faulty. Each piece is made to order, so we encourage you to take your time and be thorough when finalising your design and selection.
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that Alana Maria Jewellery is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
