What is ‘Gold Filled’?
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, you can select Click-and-Collect at checkout. If you have already placed an online order for delivery but now you would rather pick up and your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can arrange to change your order to a click-and-collect at our Freshwater store. In this case, please get in touch with our customer care team to discuss changing your order by calling our store on 0466697948 or emailing enquiries@alanamariajewellery.com
Can I change the details of my order after it’s been placed?
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each Alana Maria Jewellery piece is handmade-to-order by our team of jewellers; please allow 1-3 business days for us to make and process your order. During peak periods e.g. Black Friday, Christmas or other promotional sales, we advise that processing orders can take 10+ days. If your order requires urgent attention please contact us and we will do our best to accomdate your needs.

I lost my earring back. Can you replace it?
Yes of course! we offer replacement backs for $4.00 a pair. (For Gold Filled or Sterling Silver) You can purchase our earring backs here.

How do I return an item?
To contact us for a return of an item please email, enquiries@alanamariajewellery.com to complete your return form and post it with your jewellery.
What should I do if I ordered the wrong item/size?

Do you offer a polishing/cleaning service?
Yes. We offer a free polishing service for every item purchased from Alana Maria Jewellery. Please bring any jewellery you need into our Freshwater Store and one of our friendly staff assistants will help you out.
How will I know where a necklace will sit on my neck?
While everyone’s body is different, we do have a sizing chart on each necklace listed on our website, which details the exact measurements of each necklace size.
How do I know my ring size?
We recommend using our Size Guide to select your ring size. If you are unsure of your ring size you can purchase our Ring Sizer here.

My chain is knotted - what should I do?
What is the best way to store my jewellery?
We recommend storing your pieces individually in our complimentary fabric pouches to ensure your pieces don't become scratched, tangled or tarnished. Our boxed packaging is made using a glue that can cause a chemical reaction with your jewellery meaning your pieces can discolour over time. These boxes are designed for packaging and gifting purposes only.
