ORDER CUT-OFF

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we do need to allow for extra processing time during busy periods. This is why we are recommending you place your Christmas online orders by the 9th of December at 11.59 pm. We cannot guarantee online orders or click + collects placed after the 9th of December at 11.59 pm will be processed in time for Christmas delivery.

EXTENDED EXCHANGE PERIOD

Orders placed between the 15th of November and the 15th of January are eligable to our extended exchange policy. You may return goods within 50 days after purchase. We offer store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash returns or refunds.

If 50 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

For all refunds and exchanges, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to hygienic purposes we do not refund or exchange any Alana Maria Jewellery Earrings.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Alana Maria Jewellery is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

PROCESSING TIME

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, during December please allow 10 business days from when you place your order, to when you receive your shipping notification. Our jewellers and dispatch teams are working extended hours to accommodate the demand and understand that this is a longer wait period than usual, therefore all orders will receive free express shipping to ensure that once your order has been dispatched, is with as quickly as possible.

Our Christmas cut-off is the 9th of December.
