Keep your AMJ clean with our premium polishing cloth. A convenient two-step cleaning system designed to effortlessly polish and clean your precious pieces, removing tarnish and preventing future buildup.
Step 1: Begin by gently rubbing your gold jewellery with the inner cloth. This cloth features micro-fine polishers that efficiently eliminate dirt and tarnish while applying an anti-tarnish shield.
Step 2: Next, use the outer cloth to buff and polish your items.
Crafted from 100% cotton fiber, the cloths measures 10cm x 15cm and can be reused multiple times. For optimal results, avoid laundering the cloths.
Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after purchase of goods. We offer Store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
Only regular-priced items may be returned, please note sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
For all returns and exchanges, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to hygienic regulations we do not refund or exchange any Alana Maria Jewellery Earrings.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Alana Maria Jewellery is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
